• All services must be paid in full ten (10) business days prior to event unless other credit arrangements have been made.

 

• To use a credit card an authorization form must be provided.  Please use the form on this page.

 

• A 3% credit charge charge will be added to the total invoice.

 

• Overtime charges will be charged after the event at the rate specified in the contract.

 

• Charges for missing or damaged rental items will be charged after the event.

 

• Parking charges for all Desert Game Rentals personnel shall be paid by client.
